“As soon as the call was made to Mr. Wayne Baxter all of my brothers final needs were taken care of. They walked me through what to expect the timeline and even dealt with the cemetery and the grave diggers. I was a hot mess due to my brothers sudden and unexpected passing. The experience was seamless and made it easy for my brother’s friends and family to say their last goodbyes. They even had the size to accommodate such a large group that showed up . The package deals that they offered were cost-effective and didn’t break my bank account. They included extras and accommodations that other funeral homes charged extra for. All the staff was amazing including Mr. Don Dodd . I can not thank them enough for all their help.”

I left Beeville in 1958 (8th grade?)I never told Orville what a crush I had on him but in 59 years I have never forgotten that sweet boy. It looks as if you had a wonderful life. Rest in Peace

My apologies for this very belated condolence. I only recently learned of Orville’s passing. What a kind and gentle man! In January of 1986, I walked into The Town North Group. On Wednesday, Jan. 27th, I will celebrate 30 years as a friend of Bill W. I also worked with Orville at General Motors. I have such fond memories of many talks with Orville over the years. I’m sorry that we lost touch.
May God’s Grace be with you, Orville… and with all of your Family and Friends. God Bless.

Never will forget the countless times we all played basketball in his driveway. My mom tells me that when I was born Mr Davis asked her what my nickname will be…when she said “Billy” he told her ” oh, no…he looks like a “Willie”, so you can say he helped name me! And the time Mr and Mrs Davis took me out shopping for my first pair for my first pair of shoes! His kindness will always be remembered…

I didn’t know Mr. Davis too well. I was only able to serve him at our bank for a year. But he was always extremely pleasant, humorous, and kind. Even when he was battling with his health he always found time to suqeeze in a joke or two. Thank you for the laughs.

What a inspiration he was to me and so many others. I admired him so and his relationship with his creator. He told me every single time he saw me “You are blessed” until I believed it and did not stop after that. I know he is in the big meeting in the sky and is now with his creator. God Bless
