    Dear Family

We are so sorry to hear of Dana’s death. (I have always called him Dana since we were children, but I understand he wanted to be called Paul). Strangely, I contacted him two weeks ago via Facebook, because a 100 year old pine tree died, and in its branches was a copper wire and insulator that his Dad, Paul, had placed there in the 1930’s as a radio antenna. I asked if Paul wanted it, and he said yes. He sent me his mailing address and I sent the package. I think he received it, but not too long before he died. We will be thinking about all of you tomorrow at the memorial service. Our special wishes and prayers go to Pam and the girls.

    Dear Pam,

I’m shocked and saddened by Paul’s far too premature passing. My heart goes out to you and your family. It seems like just yesterday we were all standing around the cubes at 3000 Ridge Rd and you and Paul were the King and Queen of B/R. He was always so patient and generous and good-humored with his time and explanations. I enjoyed working with him so much. You’re in my thoughts and prayers in this time of great loss. Love, Cindy (585.957.2265)
