Obituary of Kuntz, David John

David Kuntz passed away peacefully at home late Friday night April 28^th, 2017.  David, son of Jon Kuntz and Linda Tripp, was born on August 9^th, 1940 in Dubuque, Iowa.  He loved spending time with the extended family, especially during the summer when they would come over for a BBQ and swim party.  Although he was not able to get in the pool, he would sit and watch all the grandkids with a big smile on his face.  He also loved having his trusty Pointer Janie by his side.  She was one of the reasons he chose to be at home during his final days. He was preceded in death by his wife Julie Kuntz, and is survived by his brother Joe Honerbaum of Hanover, IL; his sister Linda Bushnell of Sun City, AZ; Three daughters - Marie Benson of Keller, TX, her husband David and daughter Bethany. Victoria Kuntz of Keller, TX and her three children Jason Lee Kuntz-Hinsley, Tori Lee Whitley and her husband Blake, and Rebeca Kuntz; JeanAnn Hays of Belvidere, IL, her husband Keith and their two children Jarred Hays and Jessica Hays. Memorial services will be at 1:00 PM on Saturday May 6^th, 2017 at Haltom City Church of the Nazarene, 5009 Stanley Keller Rd, Haltom City, TX 76117.
