Sifuentes, Mary Loretta
Mary L. Sifuentes, passed into the arms of the Lord January 3, 2018. She was born on September 20, 1929 in Fort Wayne, Indiana where she resided until relocating to Princeton, Texas in 1985.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Cloid and Margaret Carpenter; spouse, Leopoldo Sifuentes; brothers, William, Cloid Jr, and Richard; sisters, Madalyn, and Evelyn.
Mary is survived by brothers, Harry ( Patty ) Carpenter, of Montgomery, Texas, Lester ( Sharon ) Carpenter of Onalaska, Texas; sons, Joe ( Lydia ) Alvarez of Fort Wayne, Indiana, John ( Tanya ) Alvarez of Princeton, Texas; and daughter, Carol Watson of Columbus, Mississippi; granddaughters, Patsy Alvarez of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Tonya Watson of Columbus, Mississippi, Cherylynne Clifford of Auburn, Indiana; grandsons, James Clifford of Waterloo, Indiana, and Ralph Clifford of Auburn, Indiana. Also surviving are her extended family of many, to all of whom she was “ Memaw “.
Mary was a home maker and enjoyed spending her past time participating in card and table games. After her relocation to Texas, Mary was baptized into the Pentecostal Church. She will be greatly missed by all who loved and knew her.
Funeral Services will be at 1:30 pm on Sunday, January 7, 2018 in the Brooks Family Chapel of the North Dallas Funeral Home, 2710 Valley View Lane, Farmers Branch, Texas 75234.
