Jim and I go back to Woodrow Wilson and I have good memories of him. We had lunch probably only days before he parted from us and I remember thinking he did not look good. Just last week I knocked on his door to check and then sent a letter to try to contact him. Well, I will see you on the other side; say hi to Barbara for us.

Only today did I find out Jim had passed away. We'd been good friends since before high school and always in contact with each other. I knew of his health problems but had no idea they might lead to this. I'm so sorry. I will miss Jim an awful lot. His family is in my prayers. Peace, good friend.

To Jim’s family,
I am so sorry for your loss. I met Jim several years ago. He always had a smile on his face and knew how to make me laugh. I will miss our talks about politics, TCU football and real estate. He was a very thoughtful friend. Your family is in my prayers. Please let me know if I can help with anything. Rest In Peace Jim..
