We were next door neighbors with Jim and Jean for 10 years. My favorite thing about Jim was that he would mow the lawn at the hottest time of the day and the heat didn’t seem to bother him in the least! He was always kind to us and our kiddos. So thankful we got to know Jim- best neighbors ever!
We are praying for our dear precious friend Jean- may He comfort you as you mourn.

I have been Jim’s neighbor since 1999. He was always very kind and helpful. More often then not I needed his help with starting up my mower and weed eater, he always came to my rescue. Jim loved being outside and active, mostly riding his bike. We would get into a few long conversations but mostly Jim was very quite. I pray for peace & comfort for his family who I know will all miss him. We will meet up later in heaven Jim. Lots of hugs and love. Kim

Jim and Jean were members of the VIP Bowling League in Lewisville where Jim served as President of the league. Jean always wore something connected to any special national holidays. The favorite of the league was Halloween. Their costumes would range from turkeys to hotdog and mustard. As league secretary, I would call Jim to confirm that he would meet me at the bank to co-sign the prize money checks and if I got Jean instead she would often times tell me that he was out riding his bike. Jim had many friends on the league and he will be missed.

Jim was my next door neighbor since June 1979. He was a very quiet person who took pride in cutting the grass and keeping the property looking sharp. I will miss Jim as a good neighbor. God rest his soul and comfort his family.

Jim was a long time member of the Citizens on Patrol (CCPAAAA), I always enjoyed working with him, we finger printed together many times over the years. His quick wit, dry sense of humor and fun banter made him a joy to be around. He will be sorely missed by all who knew him.

Jim and I attended High School together in Erie, Pa. We became good friends and email buddies later in life and kept up a lively political repartee via the internet.I have missed our conversations. Rest in peace, Jim.

Not only do I remember Jim as the “hot dog man” and his service to the Carrollton Senior Center, but also his active. participation in ANY event that required a costume, that his loving wife made. Jim was also the primary person that drove the ping pong program at the Senior Center for many years. He will be missed by all of us at the center
