Duane was such a wonderful friend and neighbor! He was so great to our family and kids when hosting summer swims, cooking s’mores, and baking cookies. I really enjoyed our talks about flying, weather conditions, technical stock trading, etc. He had a heart of gold and such a pleasant disposition that I can’t recall ever seeing him in anything other than a good mood. He be missed greatly.
