Steven James Beevers of Saginaw, TX passed away on Saturday, Aug. 22, 2020 in Saginaw, TX. Steven was born on May 19, 1968 in Lubbock, TX to Ronnie Franklin Beevers and Rosalee Vern ONeal. He graduated from Slaton High School in 1988 and went on to serve in the U.S. Army on the front lines in Desert Storm. After his time in the Army, he served in the Army National Guard. He worked at Steamatic of Tallahassee, FL as a technician, also at Blackmon-Mooring of Midland, TX and as an electrical helper in more recent years. Steven was also a member of the Church of Christ. Steven was well liked by many and never met a stranger.Steven is survived by his mother Rosalee Snook (Jodie Lynn) of Saginaw, TX and Step-mother Jeri Beevers of Lubbock, TX. His children Samantha and Dillon Bowes of Anna, TX; Kayla McCartie of Lubbock, TX; Brittany Beevers of Lubbock, TX; David Beevers of Saginaw, TX; Logan Beevers of Lubbock, TX and a Granddaughter, Ashlynne Acker of Lubbock, TX. Steven is also survived by his siblings Betty Beevers (Dale Hope) of Crestview, FL; Donna Mullins (Kevin) of Montgomery, TX; Rhonda Beevers of Lubbock, TX; April Beevers (Christopher Fair) of Lubbock, TX; Erich Snook of Lubbock, TX; Christine Weathers (Forrest) of Altus, OK; Stephanie Bushue (Nick) of Ashkum, IL; Shannon Denzer of Lubbock, TX; Kimberly Garcia (Carlos) of Lubbock, TX; Dawn Bell (Joel) of Lubbock, TX; Scott Gorney of Lubbock, TX; Derick Gorney of Lubbock, TX; Angela Hodgdon (Michael Poland) of Broken Arrow, OK; Brandon Pruett (Jemilly) of Bartlesville, OK and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. Steven is preceded in death by his father, Ronnie Franklin Beevers; sister, Cynthia Sue Beevers; brother, David Lynn Beevers; Grandparents, Mary Lou and Weldon Gebert; L.D. and Dessalee Beevers; Paul and Verle ONeal; Jimmy Snook; and Homer and Addie Pruett.Family and Friends will gather to celebrate Stevens life on Thursday, September 10, 2020 at North Dallas Funeral Home located at 2710 Valley View Lane, Dallas, TX 75234. Visitation will be from 10:00am-11:00am with the Funeral Service to immediately follow. Steven will be laid to rest that same day at the DFW National Cemetery located at 2000 Mountain Creek Pkwy., Dallas, TX 75211 at 1:45pm.*IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Funeral Home policy under the CDC recommendation due to COVID19, only up to 50 people will be allowed to attend the Visitation and Funeral, and everyone must be wearing a mask.The Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery will only allow 30 people to attend the cemetery service. Ten people can be under the pavilion and the remaining 20 people will need to stand right outside the pavilion covering.
