CampbellBurgess Read of Dallas, Texas passed away on Wednesday, April 25, 2018 at the age of 87.Campbell was born in Edinburgh, Scotland to Selwyn and Mary Read (nee MacMillan).He has 1 surviving sister, Diana and 1 neice and1nephew.He was educated at Edinburgh Academy and Corpus Christi Cambridge. He was a respected Mathematician and Statistician. Professor of Mathematics at Southern Methodist University in Dallas for 40 years. He was a keen birdwatcher and environmentalist as well as a member of the local church community helping organize and teach others about birdlife. He was never happier than when walking the mountain trails around Santa Fe.We are pleased he is now at peace moving onto the next stage of existence and free from the insidious fraudster who plagued his final years.Please leave the family condolences and share memories on this website.
