Spouse, Jon Paula Ackley of Farmers Branch; children, Anita I Ackley of Kerrville, Tx, Stephen & Maureen Ackley of Valley View, Tx, Debbie & Mark Finley of Lantana, Tx and Michael & Jill Wallace of Flower Mound, Tx; 6 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren, numerous nieces & nephews.Retired Chief 20 years in U.S. Navy, active in Graphic Arts Industry, building two companies during his 32 year career, lifetime membership in Fleet Reserve Association, 56 year member of Hutchinson-Reno Lodge # 124, Hutchinson, KS and active in Dallas Model A Ford Club since 1966. A visitation is set for Thursday, Oct. 9, 6-8 pm at the North Dallas Funeral Home and graveside services at the DFW National Cemetery on Friday, Oct. 10 at 10am.
