Jean Tarwater Adeler, Carrollton, Texas passed away from cancer on Monday, November 14, 2016 at the age of 65. She was born April 11, 1951 in Arlington, Texas to her parents, Bill and Claudene (Wise) Tarwater. She married Harold Cort Adeler on April 4, 1970.She is survived by herhusband, Harold Cort Adeler;daughter, Laurie Joyce Adeler Willis; granddaughter, Verona Sawyer and grandson, Cort Matthew Willis and her mother, Claudene Tarwater and sister, Susan Asher.Jean graduated from L D Bell High School in 1969 and from theUniversity of Texas atArlington in 1982. Jean earned her PhD from UTA. She worked as a researcher for the Federal Reserve Bank and also taught classes at UTA. Jean received a certification in Nuero-Linguistic Programing.She enjoyed "supporting" and coaching friends and clients. Her favorite pastime was writing nonfiction, reading, and researching academic subjects.A memorial service will be held on Monday, December 5, 2016 at 12:00 pm (noon) in the Brooks Family Chapel of the North Dallas Funeral Home, 2710 Valley View Lane, Farmers Branch, Texas 75234.Please leave the family condolences and share memories on this website.
