He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Alyce Alcott, and brother, Doug. He is survived by his wife of 7 years, Xue Alcott; daughter, Ashleigh age 6; and son, Dylan age 2. He loved his family beyond measure and instilled these wise words of wisdom to his children,
