Rual Matthew Anderson, age 74 returned to his heavenly homeon Thursday, June 21, 2018 after a valiant battle with various health issues.His devotion to his family and his firm belief in God supported himin his struggle and ultimately gave him peace.Rual was born to thelate Rual and Gracie Anderson, in Dallas, Texas on January 31, 1944.Rual was the first-born son with 10 siblings. He grew up in Dallas andlived in Carrollton for many years with his wife, Barbara, until he retired from AER Ford. Rual was a master mechanic and loved working on cars with his brothers. His favorite pass time was racing cars on the dragstrip. Rual spent his retirement years in Fouke, Arkansas where he enjoyed the country life and serving his church community. Rualimmersed himself in helping others in his Christian community by serving lunch at the senior center and handing out food at the food bank, planting trees and flowers all around his church. His faith never left him, as friends and family will attest.Rual was preceded in death by his parents,Rual and Gracie Anderson;grandson,Spencer Soto;sister,Janet Anderson;brother,Michael Anderson.He is survived by his wife, Barbara Anderson;daughters,Donna Anderson, Melanie Anderson Luna, Kristie Anderson Guinan;siblings,Tommy, Jerry, Roy, Douglas, Jackie, Wanda, Nell, Cheryl;grandchildre,Abbey, Coco, Anderson, Crystal, Mathew, Jada, Christian, Calexia, Audrey, Ulyssa, Zorianna, Juan, Meghann, Kaylie, Steven, Christopher and Ashley.Memorial Services will be on Saturday, June 30, 2018 at 1:30 pm at Bill Harrod Baptist Church, 3444 Palacios Street, Dallas, Texas 75212.Please leave the family condolences and share memories on this website.
