Betty Darlene Wimberly Ansley, loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt and friend went to be with the passed away August 26, 2014.She was born in Dallas, Texas on March 27, 1934 to Nathan and Lucille Wimberly.Bettys life was centered around her church and her family. She became a Christian at a very early age. She was an active member of the First Baptist Church, Carrollton for over 40 years where she taught three (3) year olds in Sunday School for many years. Betty was the matriarch of her family.Betty is predeceased by her parents Nathan and Lucille Wimberly and is survived by her husband, Art Ansley; her children Pam David (husband Brad) and Mike Ansley (wife Raneta). Her grandchildren include Brian David (wife Kate), Julie Chamberlain (husband Blaine), Brooke Ansley and Austin Ansley. Her great grandchildren include Jack and Evan David and Cal Chamberlain. She is also survived by her brother Don Wimberly (wife Janie) and their children David (wife Jennifer) and Darren Wimberly and grand nephew Nathan Wimberly.Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00pm, August 28, 2014 intheBrooks Family Chapel ofthe North Dallas Funeral Home, 2710 Valley View Lane,Farmers Branch, TX 752534.The Memorial Service will be held on Friday, August 29, 2014 at 11:30 at First Baptist Church, 2400 N. Josey Lane, Carrollton TX.
