Sandra Ann (Brasher) Arnesen, 59, of Carrollton, Texas, passed away on November 20, 2015. She was born in San Francisco on January 26, 1956 and grew up in South San Francisco, California. She married Dan Arnesen on February 8, 1984.She is survived by her husband Dan, her son David (daughter-in-law Kristen), her mother Claire, her siblings Diane, Marianne, Robert, Teresa, and Charles, and many nieces and nephews.
