Bess Baird, 67, passed away Thursday, Oct. 14, 2010, in Arlington. Bess was born Aug. 17, 1943, in Cleburne. She was a loving, family-oriented person who made sure that both your stomach and heart were never empty. She provided a warm, verdant home with empathy and an open ear. Always ready with a story or new recipe to liven your day, one of Bess' priorities in life was always to put others first. She will always be loved and truthfully missed by all who knew her. Survivors: Husband, retired Master Sgt.
