Michael Thomas Baird, of Irving, Texas, was born March 17, 1946, to Lester Thomas Rowley and Lois Maxine Arning in Lansing, Mich. He passed away on November 18, 2017, at the age of 71.He is survived by his son, Jeffrey (wife Tara, and daughter, Raelin); daughter, Jennifer Renegar (husband, Daniel) and daughter, Elizabeth Baird Kinsey (husband ,Travis and daughter, Lorelei).Mike was an avid outdoorsman and loved everything train-related. He retired from the Boynton Beach Police Department in South Florida as a detective and worked in security thereafter. Mike was proud to serve his country in the Army. Mike laughed easily and loved being around his grandchildren.He will be interred with full honors at the Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery, 2000 Mountain Creek Parkway, Dallas, Texas 75211on January 19, 2018, at 2:30pm.Please leave the family condolences and share memories on this website.
