Jimmy Dave (J.D.) Baisden, of Grapevine, Texas passed away on January 26, 2019in Carrollton, Texas.A Memorial Service will be held February 16, 2019 at The Village Church Southlake Campus, Southlake, Texas.Jimmy (J.D.) was born November 20, 1937, and raised in Turkey, Texas, to Emmet and Nadine Baisden. He was employed by GTE/Verizon for 42 years, and the City of Denton for 15 years.He is survived by a his wife, Reba Baisden; children, Dempsey and husband, Roger Dearing of Grapevine, Texas, Michael Ryan of Grapevine, Texas, Kelly and wife, Sheila Ryan of Ft. Worth, Texas, Julie and husband, Luke Odenthal of Malakoff, Texas; sister, Marsene and husband, C.L. (Pat) Patterson of Ogden, Utah; nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren and many other loving extended family members and friends.He is preceded in death by his parents Emmet and Nadine Baisden; brother, Robert Lee Baisden; infant brother, Emmet Baisden, and his first-wife, June Johnson Baisden.Please leave the family condolences and share memories on this website.
