Carlyon Jane (Russell) Bannister of Lewisville, Texas went to be with her passed away and Savior on Wednesday, August 23, 2017 at the age of 69.Family will be receiving visitors for visitation and viewing on Sunday, August 27, 2017 from 5:00 to 8:00 pm in the Brooks Family Chapel of the North Dallas Funeral Home, 2710 Valley View Lane, Farmers Branch, Texas 75234.Celebration of Life Service will be on Monday, August 28, 2017 at 10:00 am at Christian Center Church, 13505 Josey Lane, Farmers Branch, Texas 75234.Following the service there will be a procession to Hilltop Memorial Park, 1810 N. Perry Road, Carrollton, Texas 75006, where Carlyon will be laid to rest.Pallbearers will be, Josh Reber, Brian Kelley, Chris Garek, Shun Luster, Adrian Ortega, Rick Reber, Steve Wilson, Dustin Russell, and Joseph Esquival.Carlyon was born June 20, 1948 in Philadelphia, Tennessee. She was preceded in death by her parents, William Calvin Russell and Fannie Mae Ballard Russell, and her husband William Howard Bannister of 43 years, that passed away on September 29, 2014. And one son William Michael Bannister that passed away September 14, 2010. One Sister, Glenda Russell, and Two Brothers Buster Russell and Larry Russell.She is survived by her children,Larry (Linda) Bannister, Calvin (Lynn) Boliver, David Bannister, Gwen (Rick) Reber, Beckey (Steve) Wilson; grandchildren,Kirstie (Eric) Boliver, Trevor Boliver ,Colleen (Joseph) Esquivel, Brian ( Sarah) Kelley, Josh Reber, Christian Reber, Kenneth ( Erin) Reber , Alison (Adrian) Ortega, Chana Butler, Hailey Butler, Shane ( Stacy) Wilson, Chelsea (Brandon) Heard, Chase Wilson. Robert Bannister, Cindy (Gary) Hays, Willie (Krista) Bannister, Mellissa (Grayson) Crofts, Michael (Jullian) Wilson; brothers and sisters: Donnie (Shera) Russell, Judy (Dan) Sessom, Belinda Rice, Charolette Morris, Billy (Kim) Russell, Sammy Russell, Jimmy Russell, Nancy Russell; and 24 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.Please leave the family condolences and share memories on this website.
