Joyce N. Barnum, 78, entered into eternal rest on June 18, 2011. Shewas a retired school teacher from New Orleans, Louisiana. She leaves to cherish herbeautiful memory her children; Jennifer, Andre (Michelle), Curtis, Lori Barnum-Jones (Carlos), seven grandchildren, sister Alva "Binnie" Seraile (Elmore) of Washington, DC, and a host of nieces, nephews, friends & family. She is preceded indeath by her husband William R.Barnum, sister Louise Downey, andparents Alva "Big Mama" & MaxwellNicholas. Joyce was a longtimeparishioner of Immaculate Heart ofMary in New Orleans, LA and St.Joseph Catholic Church in Richardson, TX. Friends and family are invited to attend visitation Friday, June24, 2011, from 9:30am to 10:00am at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 600 S. Jupiter Road, Richardson Texas, 75081, followed by Mass and a Christian burial at Restland Cemetery, 9220 Restland Road, Dallas, Texas 75243
