Lenny was born on March 4th, 1936 in Chicago, Illinois to William and Genevieve Bednarz. He was married to his loving wife, Gail for 52 years. Their first son, Nicholas, passed away in childhood. He is survived by his sister Diane, two sons, Matthew and Jeffry and 4 grandchildren. A devout Catholic, he was a warm and loving family man with a great sense of humor and a gift for story-telling.
