He was born in Mount Hope, West Virginia on December 23, 1936 to his parents, Frank and Edgar Vivian (Malasky) Belcher Sr.Visitation will be on Thursday, October 15, 2015 from 1:00 to 4:00 pm in Parlor A at the North Dallas Funeral Home, 2710 Valley View Lane, Farmers Branch, Texas 75234.Mass will be on Friday, October 16, 2015 at 12:30 pm at Mary Immaculate Catholic Church, 2800 Valwood Parkway, Farmers Branch, Texas 75234.Please send the family condolences and share memories on this website.
