He is survived by his Partner of 18 years Robert Mireles, by his Mother Evangelina Serrano Blanco, by his brothers, Ricardo, Francisco, Eduardo, and Sergio, by his sisters, Teresa, Eva, Beatrice, Sara, Graciela, Amelia, and Laura. Jose will be missed by all who knew him. Jose was always thinking of someone else before himself and loved nature. A beautiful person in Jose Luis Blanco may be gone but, he will never be forgotten.
