Robert Stephen Blount, 57 years old of Dallas, Texas left his earthly body on April 10, 2018. He joins his father, Golden Blount to bask in the goodness of the Lord. He is survived by his wife of 27 years, Laura (Barrow); two sons, Robert "Bob" Golden and William "Bill" Stephen; his mother Julia (Bloomer); brother, James Golden; and many nieces and nephews. Affectionately called Steve and Stevie by friends and family alike, Steve spent his time building and maintaining business relationships for the family company, Golden Blount, Inc., as well as social relationships that carried him and Laura on many adventures. It is those relationships built on years of laughter, golf, business, travel and good times that will carry on his memory. Memorial Services will be held at Park Cities Baptist Church, Dallas , Texas Tuesday, April 24th at one o'clock in the afternoon.
