Brewer of Red Oak, Oklahoma went to be with his passed away and Savior, February 20, 2016 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas.He was born April 12, 1939 in Orr, Oklahoma, to Wornie and Blanche Brewer. The youngest of 6 boys, he is preceded in death by brothers James, Aubrey, Alan, and David, and granddaughter Erin Elizabeth Bonner. He is survived by his adored wife, Rose, of 56 years, as of February 29th; and brother, Warren.Henry enlisted in the United States Navy when he was 17 years old, and served 20 years active duty; and10 years in the Navy Reserves. He retired to Sherman, Texas in 1976. He married the love of his life on February 29, 1960. Together they raised a family, and set for all of us an example of a true and unyielding love. He was a hard worker, whose hands were never idle. In his spare time he enjoyed metal detecting, travelling, fishing, and writing music and poetry.A loving father, he leaves behind four daughters: Susan Dennington & husband Martin, Karen Brewer & Scott Williams, Angela Muse, and Kimberly Taylor & Johnny Pagano. Grandchildren: Jennifer and Craig Sample, Christina and David Contreras, Jason Dennington, Marty Dennington, Trey & Casey Muse, Scott & Megan Miller, Chelse & Jeremy Langley, Morgan Muse, Ashleigh Bonner & Drew Broom, Rachael Taylor & Colton Burnett, Heather Taylor, and Elizabeth Lajqi. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.A graveside service with military honors, will be held at 10:30 amon Thursday, February 25, 2016 at the Dallas/Ft.
