Leota Johnston Brockie, age 87, long-time resident of Dallas, TX was born November 17, 1924, and gladly went to be with her passed away and Savior on January 11, 2012, after a week-long bout with cancer. She was preceded in death by husband Robert, mother, father, brother and two sisters and survived by her daughter, Mary Chandler. Leota was active in the DAR, as well as a devoted member of her church. A Memorial Service will be held at Walnut Hill Church of Christ, 10550 Marsh Ln., Dallas, 75229 on Saturday, January 21st at 10:00AM. Memorials may be made to the church in her name and will be used for foreign mission work.
