Marjorie Bufkin was born on May 16, 1936 in Monroe, Louisiana, and passed away on April 4, 2017. She was a resident of the Farmers Branch/Carrollton area for 51 years and was a member of First Baptist Church of Carrollton.Marjorie is survived by her husband of 61 years, Ed Bufkin; one son, Russ Bufkin; one daugter, Marjorie Celeste Clinton and husband Don; two brothers, Charles Russ, Roy Russ and wife Janie; three grand children, Nicholas and Michael Clinton, Kyle Bufkin; two great grand children, Michael Jace and Mason Clinton and numerous nieces and nephews.She was loved deeply and will be greatly missed by her family and many friends.Special thanks to Joi Anne Garrett M.S. and Emily Grooms M.S. from the Assisted Living and Memory Care Homeat Royal Gardens.The family will be receiving visitors at 9:00 am on Monday, April 10, 2017 at First Baptist Church Carrollton, 2400 N. Josey Lane, Carrollton, Texas 75006.Celebration of Life service will begin following the visitation at 10:00 am at the church. Following the service there will be a procession to Restland Memorial Park Cemetery, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, Texas 75043 where Marjorie will be laid to rest.Please leave the family condolences and share memories on this website.
