Mary Ann King Butler, born November 29, 1930, in Dallas, and died June 24, 2013, in Plano. She graduated from Sunset High School in 1948 and retired from Oak Cliff Bank and Trust in 1989. She devoted her retirement years to travel, education, genealogy, the Daughter of the Republic of Texas, and her family.Mary Ann is survived by her husband, Donald L. Butler; daughter, Margaret Ann Butler Reta; son-in-law, Sam Reta; and grandhcildren, Ashley E. Reta, Samuel Tyler Reta, and Emily Ann Reta.Visitation: 2 to 5 p.m. on Sunday, June 30, 2013, in the Brooks Family Chapel at North DAllas Funeral Home, 2710 Valley View Lane, Farmers Branch, TX.Funeral Service: 11 a.m. on Monday, July 1, 2013, at the Funeral Home, with viewing hours from 9 to 11 before the service.Interment will follow in Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery.Please send family condolences and sign the guestbook on this website.
