Ella Cagley, of Terrell, Texas passed away October 5, 2013. Ella was born June 27, 1923 in Flandreau, South Dakota to George and Maria Schnock. She was married to Richard Cagley on April 29, 1943 until his death on July 8, 1998.Ella graduated from Flandreau High School in 1941. In 1972 she began a nursing career and worked in local hospitals, nursing homes and schools. She was a past member of BP & W Club, Terrell Garden Club and Kaufman County League of Vocational Nurses. She was a member of First United Methodist Church of Terrell.Ella is survived by her children, Jon Cagley and wife, Terry, of Dallas, Robert Cagley of Terrell, Mary Ann Trail and husband, Scott, of Rockwall; 5 grandchildren: Matthew Cagley and wife Kate, Stephanie Cagley, Jason Trail and wife Michelle, Corey Trail, and Lindsey Roberts and husband Craig; 6 great grandchildren, Austin, Kyle, Nathan, Hadley, Harper and Hayden; sister Sophia Kukuk of Granbury; several nieces and nephews as well as extended family members and friends.A memorial service will be at 2:30 pm, Sunday, October 27, 2013 at First United Methodist Church of Terrell Chapel.Please send family condolences and sign the guestbook on this website.
