Kaleta passed away on November 6, 2015 at the age of 92. She was born in rural Kirksville, Missouri and grew up there. Kaleta was a long-time resident of Dallas. She was a talented gardener, knowledgeable bird enthusiast and a prolific reader. She walked three to four miles a day for many years, no matter the weather. She was also an accomplished horsewoman, training and selling American Saddlebred horses.Kaleta was preceded in death by her son John Stephen Aronson. She is survived by son Thomas Ward Aronson, daughter Kathryn Aronson Lacey, grandchildren Joe Lacey, Kate Lacey and daughter-in-law Becky Aronson Weaver.A special thank you to Kaletas caregiver Eloisa Gonzalez, for her compassionate care and friendship over the past year. A thank you as well to Elida Griffin, Alicia Espinoza and Crystal Jacovo for all they did for her.Kaleta was cremated on November 30th.
