Kathryn "Kathy" Ann Cole, age 69, passed away with her dog, Miko, September 8, 2013.She was born in Monroe, Louisiana in 1944 and resided in Garland, Texas. She was married to the late Jimmy Cole for 13 years and had 1 son, David.Kathy welcomed people from all walks of life and helped those in need with no concern for herself. She had a great sense of humor and was described as fun, generous, and colorful. Her passions were jewelry, gardening, and cooking.Kathy is survived by her son and wife, David and Frances; sister and husband, Beverly and Mike; brother and wife, Cass and Sarah; her mother Sara, and four grandchildren, Kristina, Audrey, Kathryn, and Ava.Memorial Service: 11 a.m. on Thursday, September 12, 2013, at Preston Hollow Presbyterian Church, 9800 Preston Road, Dallas, Texas.
