Billye Ruth Cook was born on August 7, 1953 in Memphis, Tennessee to Ruth and Billy Hoover and passed away on April 9, 2015 with family at her side.Billye was fondly known as Bea by her family. She had a beautiful smile and contagious laugh. Billyes motto was I love people and life.Billye is survived by her daughter Andrea Clay Cook, mother Ruth Hoover, brothers Chris and Mark Hoover and Marks wife Sherri, and four nieces and nephews.Celebration at 2:00pm April 15th at Webb Chapel Methodist Church, 2536 Valley View Lane,Farmers Branch, Texas 75234.Memorials may be made to St. Judes Hospital or Webb Chapel Methodist Church.Please send the family condolences and/or share memories
