Julaine J Cook, 78, passed away on Monday,February 20, 2017 at her home in Addison, Texas. Mrs. Cook was born in Sioux Falls, South Dakota on March 5, 1938 to Stanley and Florence Johnson. Julaine was educated in Sioux Falls, SD and graduated from Coe College in 1963 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Julaine married Leon A. Cook of Deadwood, SD on August 17, 1958 and was married until his death on May 8, 2012.Julaine is survived by brother, Bill Johnson of St. Paul, MN; two sons, Jon and Matthew Cook; daughter, Karen Cook Mayfield; and six grandsons, Andrew, Matthew, Christopher, William, Luke and Blake. Julaine is also survived by her dog Bubbles III and her cat Roxy.A memorial service will be held Saturday, March 4, 2017at 4:00 pm at St. Lukes Lutheran Church, 1210 W.
