Dennis Blair Crisp, loving husband, father, son, brother, neighbor and friend passed away on February 27, 2012. He was 61 years old. Dennis was born May 7, 1950, in Lubbock, Texas, to Aaron David and the late Wilma Blair Crisp. A longtime lumber salesman, Dennis carried the family business through Austin and on to join his father at Crisp Wholesale Lumber in Dallas where he most recently worked at Architectural Carpentry Materials. Throughout the travels of his life, he gave his love, support and companionship to his wife, Beth. He was a talented photographer and loved to cook. Time spent with his sons and longtime friends was especially cherished. Dennis is survived by his wife, Beth Ramsey Crisp of Dallas, Texas; three sons, David Blair, Jeffrey Gerald, and Scott Matthew, all also of Dallas; his father and wife Aaron David and Ann Crisp of Hideaway Lake, Texas; his sister and brother-in-law, Jan and Craig McCollor of College Station, Texas; sisters-in-law, Kaye Hauschild and Linda Ramsey, and four nephews. A visitation will be held on Thursday, March 1, 2012 from 6:00 -8:00 pm in the Brooks Family Chapel at North Dallas Funeral Home, 2710 Valley View Lane, Farmers Branch, Texas 75234.
