After a valiant fight, "Jimmy" Davidson passed away on Monday,January 12, 2015 in Dallas, Texas. Jimmy was an inspiration to us all,showing strength and determination through his battle with thyroidcancer.Jimmy was born in Washington, D.C. on May 14, 1951. His passionswere cooking, sailing, and his happiest days were managingrestaurants. His most memorable experiences and everlasting supportwere in the friendships made while managing Mariano's and LaHacienda Ranch, both in Dallas.He is preceeded in death by his parents, Dorothy Brigham and HarryHildreth Davidson; his brother Scotty Stephens Davidson.He is survived by his daughter Alison, husband Sean and sons Douglasand Hudson Slaton; his brothers Hil, Billy, and Jeffrey Davidson.A memorial service will be held Saturday, January 17, 2015 at 11:00a.m. in the chapel of Saint Michael and All Angels Episcopal Church,8011 Douglas Avenue, Dallas, TX 75225.
