John Scott Davidson passed away on February 26, 2013 in Dallas, Texas at the age of 78. Born in Kansas City, Missouri on September 25, 1934, John grew up in Wonder Lake, Illinois before attending Northwestern University, where he earned an undergraduate degree, then San Jose State University where he earned his MBA. After graduation, John remained in California before moving to Minneapolis in 1968 and working for Control Data Corporation. Another move in 1972 took the family to Omaha, Nebraska where John continued working for Control Data, followed by work with the Fruehauf Corporation, and eventually an extended career as a financial director within the healthcare industry. Throughout the 1980s he spent time in Nebraska as director/vice president of finance at both Lincoln General Hospital and Bergen Mercy Hospital in Omaha. Early in the 1990s, John moved to the Seattle area where he worked in both the business consulting and tax industry. John moved to Dallas in 1998 and was an active member of Preston Hollow Presbyterian Church, where he attended both the Tuesday and Saturday Men
