Sylvia Jaramillo DeLeon, 74, of Dallas Texas, passed away peacefully on April 13th, 2016. With her loving family by her side, Sylvia is now free from pain and has been reunited by the gates of Heaven with her beloved, late husband Ruben Mendez DeLeon, along with her sons; Benny DeLeon and Ruben DeLeon, Jr.Sylvia was born on October 21st, 1941, in Robstown, Texas to Jose and Esperanza Jaramillo.She is survived by her daughters and sons; Alicia Davila, Julia Laux, Jimmy DeLeon, Sr., Monica DeLeon, John Paul DeLeon and Yvette Briones. Including her son-in-laws; Joe Davila, Sr., Matthew Laux, Juan DeLeon and Henry Briones; and her daughter-in-laws Lucia DeLeon and Maria DeLeon.Sylvia is also survived by her grandchildren; Michael DeLeon, Gabriela Davila, Joe Davila, Jr., Carlos Rocha, Michael Martinez, Sophia Perez, Jimmy DeLeon, Jr., Moses DeLeon, Ashley DeLeon, David DeLeon, Adrian DeLeon, Lianna DeLeon, Gabrielle DeLeon, and Savannah Briones. Along with four great-grandchildren; Ruben Rocha, Chloe Rocha, Madilyn DeLeon and Emma Martinez.Sylvias love for life showed through her vibrant smile and charismatic personality. Her strength and wisdom will forever be carried on in her honor. She will be greatly missed by those who loved her the most.Memorial services will be held on Monday, April 18, 2016 at North Dallas Funeral Home from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., following will be a prayer of the Rosary.Burial services will be held Tuesday, April 19, 2016 at Mary Immaculate Church at 10:00 a.m. then proceed to Hilltop Cemetery.Please leave the family condolences and share memories on this website.
