Obituary

Virgil Andrew Dotterman, 57, died unexpectedly in his sleep on Sept. 4th, 2011, at his home in Arlington, Texas.Virgil was born in Manfield, Ohio, on March 10, 1954. He moved to Arlington, Texas in 2003, where he worked in Security. He was a former employee of National Materials in Mansfield, Ohio, and was a top baker at Geyer's Supermarket in Mansfield for many years.Virgil served in the Unites States Marine Corp and was honorably discharged.He was preceded in death by his brother, Charles A. Dotterman; his father, Thomas J. Dotterman; his adopted mother, Helen M. Auck; and his adopted sister, Rebecca A. Scott. He was also preceded in death by his nephew, Sgt. Jonathan C. Kingman who died in the line of duty in Iraq in 2007.Virgil is survived by his mother, Rev. Retha B. Morris of Ohio; his adopted father, Robert H. Auck of Ohio; sisters, Virginia A. Pearo of Winchestger, CA, Priscilla R. Beachler of East Palestine, Ohio, Evan. Wilma Rose Smith, Naomi R. Kingman and Esther M. Hart; brothers, Rev. Moses E. Kingman, Paul D. Kingman, Samuel C. Kingman and Joseph A. Kingman; as well as many nieces and nephews who loved him deeply. Virgil is also survived by his adopted brothers, Mark and Robert Auck of Plymouth, Ohio.There will be no calling hours for Virgil. All his friends and family are asked to remember him as he was.
