William Lucas Douphrate III, 25, of Rockwall, Texas known as Luke to friends, family and peers was born on October 9, 1991 and went to be with his heavenly father on Tuesday, January 3, 2017.He was currently attending Texas A&M with an interest in Urban and Regional Planning. Luke was a loving and caring friend to many. Luke enjoyed spending his free time sketching, painting and playing the guitar. He also enjoyed fly fishing in the Colorado streams and hunting in the Texas hill country.He is survived by his parents, Sharon Douphrate, William Douphrate and wife, Ginger; sisters, Kaitlyn Douphrate and Emily McCullar;brothers, Drew Douphrate, Tyler Blalock and Mickey Evans; paternal grandparents, William and Lena Douphrate; maternal grandmothers, Shirley Dexter and Carolyn Goss and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Preceding him in death was maternal grandfather,James Goss.Luke will be missed by all but we have the assurance to see him again in Christ.A memorial service to celebrate Lukes life will be held on Saturday, January 7, 2017 at 10:00 am at Lakepointe Church, Rockwall Texas.
