James Gordon Doyle, age 60, died June 15, 2018 in Dallas, Texas after a long illness. He was born October 16, 1957 in Baytown, Texas, and is preceded in death by his parents, James R. Doyle and Lynda B. Doyle.Jim was a friend and neighbor to all and always willing to help others. He volunteered his handy-man skills and worked tirelessly to help repair and save Overton Park Shell, now called Levitt Shell. He was later employed by VECA.Jim is survived by his sister, Lauri Albers (Manfred) and her three children: Linden Urquieta (Paul), Bryant (Sara) and Kelsey, and a nephew, Adrian, and niece, Laurel all of Dallas, and his aunt, Theda Holder (Virgil) of Wisconsin; and the rest of his relatives and friends.A private memorial will be held to honor his life. We will all miss his subtle humor and quick wit; his sister wishes she would have been half as smart as him.
