Sheila Jo Esparza, age 57, passed away peacefully on Friday, January 10, 2020 at Houston Methodist The Woodlands Hospital. She was born November 27, 1962 in Las Vegas, Nevada to Robert Gene Munter (deceased) and Joyce Ellen Munter. She moved to Pekin, Illinois in 1965 where she was raised from childhood. In 1980, she became a graduate of Pekin High School. After graduation, she moved to Florida with her parents the following year where she attended Pensacola College. It was in Florida that she married and had her first child. Shortly afterward, in 1986, the family moved to Texas where they bought a home and raised four children. She completed her education at Dallas Christian College in 2006 and became a teacher. After a teaching career of 15 years, she became an instructional facilitator where she used her experience to guide other teachers and provide individualized instruction to students in need.Sheila truly lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures such as chatting with friends and family, singing and playing piano, and especially spending time with her grandchildren.
