Obituary for Everardo Garcia
Everardo Garcia entered the world on March 21, 2001, and left us too soon on December 8, 2024, at the age of 23. A lifelong resident of Farmers Branch, Texas, Everardo was a beloved son, brother, grandson, nephew and friend to many.
Everardo graduated from R.L. Turner High School in 2019, where he was known for his hard work, dedication, and commitment to excellence. His passion for life was evident in everything he did, from his love of family to his dedication to his job.
He was a young man who took great pride in his work and was always there for his loved ones. Whether it was offering a helping hand or sharing a moment of joy, Everardo's warmth and caring nature left a lasting impact on everyone who knew him. He was deeply loved by all of the children of the family and will be profoundly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Everardo leaves behind his loving mother, Veronica Garcia; stepfather, Efrain Collazo; father, Victor Hugo Sotelo; and his brothers, Edwin, Edgar, and Eliazar Collazo. He is also survived by his devoted grandparents, Roberto and Juana Garcia.
In addition, he leaves behind his aunts and uncles: Maria and Deybin Santamaria, Rigo and Karina Garcia, Erik and Amanda Garcia, Ana and Mario Trevizo, and Marcela and Gerardo Luevano. He will be missed by his cousins: Cesar, Elizabeth, Alex, and Daniela Santamaria, Luna Garcia, Isaiah, Bella, and Ezra Garcia, and the newest addition, Elio Julian.
A visitation will be held on Monday December 16th at 6pm at North Dallas Funeral Home in Farmers Branch, TX. Followed by a Mass on Tuesday December 17th at 11am at Mary Immaculate Catholic Church in Farmers Branch, TX. Burial will take place at Calvary Hill Funeral Home & Cemetery in Dallas, TX following the mass.
Everardo's memory will live on in the hearts of all who loved him. His legacy of love, dedication, and hard work will never be forgotten.
Rest in peace, Everardo. You will always be in our hearts.
