Therea Marie Goodin Foltz Ewing was born on January 3, 1913, theoldest of 3 children born to EarlRoger and Georgia Goodin, inWichita, Kanasas. She lived thereuntil after WWII, graduating fromHigh School and then Wichita StateUniversity in 1934. She went tomeet the passed away on July 7, 2012, at99 years, 7 months.Her family was a pioneer family in Wichita, having the first Atwater Kent Radio distributorship, and one of the first automible dealerships. Then the Depression hit and they lost everything, even their home. After college and during WWII Mother worked at Beech Aircraft in Wichita.She was preceded in death by hermother and father, Georgia and Earl R. Gooding; brother, E. Richard Goodin; sister, Helen M. Fine; and two husbands, Marshall B. Foltz and Cecil Ewing.She is survived by son, Roger B. Foltz; and grandchildren, Scott B. Foltz, Emily F. Shoots, and David M. Foltz.A Memorial Service will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, July 17, 2012, at Park CitiesPresbyterian Church, with ReverendRon Williams officiating.Please send family condolences and sign the guestbook on this site.
