She was 51 years old.Kelly was born February 15, 1961, in Keokuk, Iowa, to George Albert and Dorothy Jean Larsen Florie. She was a mail carrier for the United States Postal Service.Kelly is survived by her daughter, Taylor Milstead of Pittsburg, Kansas; son, Christopher Milstead of Costa Mesa, California; sister, Sandy Linder of Allen, Texas; and extended family and friends.Please send family condolences and sign the guestbook on this website.
