Gayle David Fogelson of Dallas, Texas passed away on Tuesday, May 23, 2017 at the age of 83.He wasborn May 8, 1934 in Salina, Kansas. Son of E.E. "Buddy" Fogelson and Mary Perry Fogelson. He attended Armstrong School, Waring School Santa Fe, New Mexico, Chadwick School, Rolling Hills, California and Texas Country Day School. He received a BBA from SMU in 1957. He was a veteran of the United States Army, a member of the First Unitarian Church of Dallas, Dallas Museum of Art and Turtle Creek Breakfast Club. He was active in energy exploration and production, primarily in west Texas.He is survived by his brother, Jerry B. Dorbin of Santa Fe, New Mexico; nephews, Jay H. Taylor, David D. Dorbin, and Shelly Dorbin; nieces, Betsy D. Baker and Sariah Dorbin. He was preceded in death by his sister, Roseayn D. Taylor and brother, Sanford M.
