Foster-Persons, Charlotte Frances Loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend went to be with the passed away on January 10, 2010. Born in Evansville, IN on November 22, 1935 to Morton D. Hobgood and Frances E. Hobgood. Charlotte moved to Dallas as a young teenager where she met and married her first husband, Jack C. Foster, Sr. They were married for 22 years and had three children; Jack, Scott and Laura. Her husband Jack C. Foster Sr. preceded her in death in 1973. Charlotte met and married Louis D. Persons, Sr. in 1976 and was preceded in death by him in 1995. She is also preceded in death by her parents, her sister, Juanita Demuth and her step-son, Louis D. Persons, Jr. Charlotte is survived by three children; Jack C. Foster, Jr., Scott W. Foster and Laura L. Blalock; two step-children; Diane Cape and Dennis Persons; two brothers, Douglas M. Hobgood and Larry Hobgood; one sister, Kathy Ludwig; 13 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and her dear friends Margaret Purvis and Billy J. Weiser. Known as "Maw" and "Grammy", she loved big, openly and generously, her eyes lit up a room when she smiled and she will be missed greatly by all of us who knew and loved her. Visitation will be at the funeral home Tuesday, January 12, 2009 from 6-8 pm. Services will be Wednesday, January 13, 2009 at 10am at North Dallas Funeral Home. Interment will be at Crown Hill Cemetery.
