Foxall, David Charles Born November 6, 1966 in Dallas, Texas and passed away November 15, 2009. He is survived by his daughter Katherine, his son Stephen Dawkins, his parents Charles and Linda Foxall, his brothers Michael and Phillip, and his sisters Kay and Kristina as well as many other friends and family. David was a loving father, son, and brother. He will be truly missed by everyone he touched. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, November 18, 2009 at 1:00pm.
