Obituary of Frank Thomas Burns Frank Thomas Burns passed away peacefully in his home on the Lords Day, Sunday, February 5, 2023. He is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Debra Williamson Burns, mother, Anne Richards Burns, brother, George Burns, son and daughter-in-law, Devin and Becky Burns, sons, Brendan Burns, Sean Burns, son and daughter-in-law, William and Jamie Burns, and son Quentin Burns. He is proceeded in death by his father, William Thomas Burns and brother, William Steel Burns. In gratitude to our loving and supportive church family, a donation to Saint Nicholas Orthodox Church can be made in lieu of flowers.
