Elaine was born August 18, 1942 in Port Arthur, Texas to David Alton Martin Sr. and Kathryn White Martin. She went to be with her passed away and Saviour Thursday, March 1, 2012. She is survived by her loving husband Ralph Franks, sons Keith Chapman, Kevin Chapman and Kreg Chapman and his wife Judith; grandchildren Kimberly, Chris and Michael Chapman; brother Wes Martin; and many other relatives and friends. Elaine and Ralph are longtime faithful members of Christian Center Assembly of God. Visitation will be Sunday, March 4, 2012 2:00-5:00pm at North Dallas Funeral Home. Celebration of Life will be held Monday, March 5, 2012 at 10:00am at Christian Center Assembly of God, 13505 Josey Lane, Farmers Branch, Texas. Interment will be at 1:00pm Parker Memorial Cemetery, Colleyville, Texas.
