Fred Trevino, 90, of Richardson, Texas, passed away peacefully on November 26, 2025. He was born on October 10, 1935, in San Antonio, Texas.

Fred is survived by his beloved wife, Laverne; his son, Tam Trevino; his daughter, Kim O'Neil, and her husband, Stuart; and his cherished grandchildren-Kevin, Freezia, Rachel and Kyle. He also leaves behind many other family members and friends who will miss him dearly.

For over 50 years, Fred faithfully served as a pastor in the United Methodist Church, ministering in congregations throughout California, Hawaii, Nevada, Arizona, and Texas. He also served as a District Superintendent in the United Methodist Church. Fred was known for his gentle spirit, compassionate leadership, and unwavering dedication to his calling. His ministry touched countless lives, offering comfort, wisdom, and hope to all who knew him.

We find comfort in knowing Fred's legacy lives on through the lessons he taught, the love he shared, and the memories we will forever cherish.

A service of remembrance will be held at First United Methodist Church, Richardson, on Monday, December 15, at 4:00 p.m.
